Lee TillerIt’s true that we all experience difficult times at some point during our lives.

Many people soldier on in the hope that things will get better on their own, and of course maybe they will.  However, if you find that your problems are negatively affecting you, particularly in those significant areas of life such as work, school, in your relationships or at home, then it’s a good sign that it’s time to seek help.

Seeking the help of a therapist should never be seen as a sign of weakness; on the contrary it’s a sign of strength and self-determination, and that in itself is a sign of empowerment.

For some however, the thought of visiting a therapist for the first time produces uncomfortable feelings like anxiety and worry. Well relax! As therapists we understand these feelings, and we also know that they are normal and to be expected. When you visit our clinical practice you will be accepted just as you are and you'll find that very soon any initial anxieties completely disappear.

We work with all age groups from 5 years old to 95 years young and operate six days a week. For busy professionals or anyone else that finds time an issue, we offer occasional evenings sessions too.

When you visit the Tiller Hypnotherapy and CBT Centre in Killarney, County Kerry, you can be assured of a friendly, caring, confidential and impeccably professional service.
